ATON Computer Services offers complete hardware and software support to our customers, including on-site maintenance.

ATON is there for you post-sale by offering the longest depot warranty in the industry for secondary market Sun and Cisco products.  Simply put, our warranty is second to none. If a depot warranty is not an option for you, ATON can offer you an on-site service solution for several product lines including Sun Microsystems, IBM, Dell, HP, Cisco and EMC.

Coverage on End of Life equipment is available. There is no need to be pressured into upgrading your equipment because increasing OEM maintenance costs due to system age. ATON will support your EOL system and have spares at your disposal.

Select the option which best suits your needs:

  • Mission Critical 24x7; 2 or 4 hour response:
    Same Day 2 or 4 hour response and requires on-site sparing for critical items and components with elevated failure rates. A trained technician will arrive at your location with proper hot spares, within the specified response time to get your system back in operation as rapidly as possible (after proper determination of the problem). You will be eligible for monthly or quarterly account reviews to assess service response time, problem resolution time, and general performance.

  • Critical 12x5, 4 Same Day 12x5; 4 hour response time:
    When you require same day 4 hour response within a 12 hour calling window (8:00AM to 8:00PM), then the critical service level is the best fit for you.

  • Premium 9x5, Next Day Next Business Day; 9x5:
    When you need a next business day response within a 9 hour call window (8:00AM to 5:00PM) then the premium service level is for you.
